1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and z999k ("z999k", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at z999k.app ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service on the z999k Platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the z999k Platform. z999k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The z999k Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any z999k service. By completing registration you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. z999k reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Where a minor is found to have registered, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits returned minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the z999k Platform. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. z999k reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or wagers placed on duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated therefrom.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, a valid Pakistani phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

z999k is operated for use by Pakistani residents. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the z999k Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your location. z999k makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

z999k operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering and customer due diligence standards. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or government-issued photo identification, together with proof of payment method ownership where required.

z999k reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension. z999k will not be liable for any delays in processing arising from incomplete or delayed KYC submissions.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

z999k accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z999k does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which z999k accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. z999k reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that belong to you. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment source not registered in your name may be voided and the funds returned to the originating source, less any administrative costs incurred.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on z999k are processed in PKR. z999k does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 General

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and z999k's standard security checks. z999k aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times depend in part on the payment provider and cannot be guaranteed.

5.2 Withdrawal to Original Method

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. Where this is not possible, z999k reserves the right to apply an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.

5.3 Withholding

z999k reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of the Platform or its bonus structures, violation of these Terms, or where account verification is incomplete.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by z999k. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation. z999k reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing reasons.

6.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious errors in odds, market suspension during a live event, cancellation or abandonment of a fixture, or identified instances of price manipulation. Voided bets will have the stake returned to your z999k account.

6.3 Obvious Errors

If a price is posted in error (including manifest pricing errors on cricket, PSL, or any other market), z999k reserves the right to cancel any bets placed at the erroneous price. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been shown as confirmed. z999k will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets on z999k. These limits are displayed on the Platform. z999k will not be liable for any amount above the stated maximum payout for a given market or event.

7. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on z999k – including live dealer blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Casino Hold'em, and RNG slot titles – are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game environment. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, the specific rules of each game.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on z999k use certified random number generation technology and are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in professionally managed studios and streamed in real time. All game results are final once the round has completed and are not subject to reversal absent a verified technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, z999k reserves the right to void any affected rounds and return the relevant stakes to player accounts. z999k will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a game technical failure.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by z999k are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits detailed in the applicable promotion terms at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, z999k's general bonus terms apply: all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

8.2 Abuse

z999k reserves the right to cancel, modify, or claw back any bonus or promotion where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the promotion has been abused. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bet combinations designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that z999k reasonably considers inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

8.3 Modification and Withdrawal

z999k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to affected players. Unused bonus funds at the time of promotion withdrawal will be removed from affected accounts without liability.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z999k Platform:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Registering more than one account per person
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the z999k Platform
• Depositing or withdrawing funds via payment methods not registered in your own name
• Any conduct that z999k reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the z999k Platform – including but not limited to the z999k name, logo, software, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data – is the proprietary property of z999k or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of z999k content without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z999k, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if z999k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

z999k's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of funds standing in your z999k account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits z999k's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy

z999k collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering and using the z999k Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. Your data is held securely and will not be sold to third parties except where required for the operation of the Platform or as required by law.

13. Responsible Gaming

z999k is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from within your z999k account settings:

• Deposit limits – daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits
• Loss limits – caps on the amount of PKR a player may lose in a defined period

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the z999k Platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to z999k customer support for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated in accordance with z999k's formal complaints procedure. z999k will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all formal complaints within 28 calendar days of receipt.

You agree that you shall have no right to seek resolution of any dispute through any judicial or other process other than as provided for in this clause, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.
